The Non-American All-Star Team

Remember when the United States boycotted the 1980 Summer Olympics because they were held in Moscow at a time when we took issue with Soviet policies?  In defiance of last year's anti-immigrant legislation in Arizona, I present to you the players born outside of the United States who are on the 2011 Major League Baseball All-Star Game ballot.  The game is to be played in Phoenix, Arizona this year.
